3. Course Access & Materials

• Course materials provided are for personal educational use only
• Sharing, reproducing, or distributing course materials is strictly prohibited
• Access to online course content is valid for the duration specified at enrollment
• Smart Disha Academy reserves the right to update course content without prior notice

4. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Attend classes regularly and punctually
• Maintain respectful conduct towards faculty, staff, and fellow students
• Not record or photograph sessions without explicit written permission
• Not use course knowledge for market manipulation or illegal trading activities

Smart Disha Academy reserves the right to expel any student for misconduct without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our courses — including videos, PDFs, presentations, the Smart Disha Algo system, trading strategies, and methodologies — is the intellectual property of Smart Disha Academy and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use will result in legal action.

6. Investment Disclaimer

• Smart Disha Academy certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements
• NISM/NIFM certification is subject to the respective regulatory body’s examination and approval

Smart Disha Academy provides placement assistance and connects students with potential employers. However, we do not guarantee job placement. Employment outcomes depend on individual performance, market conditions, and employer requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

Smart Disha Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including any trading losses incurred by students applying course knowledge in financial markets.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
