Smart Disha Academy primarily offers educational services, courses, and training programs. The majority of our offerings are delivered digitally or in-person at our Ahmedabad campus. This Shipping Policy applies to any physical items we may dispatch.
2. Digital Delivery
Most Smart Disha Academy products are delivered digitally and do not require shipping:
- Online courses — Accessible immediately after enrollment confirmation via our online platform
- Course materials & PDFs — Sent to your registered email address within 24 hours of enrollment
- Login credentials — Emailed within 2 working hours of payment confirmation
- Certificates (digital) — Emailed within 7 working days of course completion
3. Physical Items
Where physical items are dispatched (e.g., printed study materials, physical certificates, welcome kits):
Delivery Timelines
- Within Ahmedabad: 2–3 working days
- Within Gujarat: 3–5 working days
- Rest of India: 5–7 working days
- Remote areas: 7–10 working days
4. Shipping Charges
- Physical certificates: Free of charge for all enrolled students
- Printed study materials (if opted): Actual courier charges applicable
- Replacement items: Shipping charges borne by the student
5. Address Accuracy
Students are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses at the time of enrollment. Smart Disha Academy is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.
6. Tracking
Once a physical item is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp. You can track your shipment on the respective courier partner’s website.
7. Non-Delivery & Damage
- If a package is not delivered within the expected timeline, contact us within 15 days of dispatch
- Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographs
- We will arrange a replacement or refund for items damaged in transit
8. International Shipping
Smart Disha Academy currently ships physical materials within India only. International students enrolled in online courses receive all materials digitally via email. Physical certificates for international students are available on request at additional courier charges.
